No Tracking Number

I ordered a gun on AMS on the 14th. It said after 2 days shipped, and it's been roughly 6 days with no tracking code... Not sure whether to try to decline the charge or if I should wait. I am extremely dissapointed with the fact that it's probably going to be another week till it even gets here. If you order from here, don't expect your gun soon. It's a bad company from as far as I can see... Terrible customer service, they lie to you about when it is "shipped" and they just seem downright incapable of keeping their word on any shipment. Good prices but it's not all that it seems.

Ordered on 8-31-16 payed $71 for two day shipping and still haven't gotten it, it's 9-12-16. No tracking number either. I could have walked to their store and back twice in that time. I am pissed!Don't ever buy anything from them, there is a reason Evike is at the top, they send the same day and you get it unlike this POS company. Two and half weeks ago I ordered a rifle, scope mount and red dot site. A week passed, no tracking information, no package delivered. I sent an email, and what I received was an order confirmation email for free next day shipping and a tracking number. A week passed. I emailed UPS because no package arrived. They told me they had never even physically received the package. So I sent another email. No response, half a week gone by. So I called, got put on hold, waited for an hour and 45 minutes only to be cut off by the costumer service people closing the phone line. At this point with the massive lack of communication I am considering legal action.

Shocked and terrified

Ive only ordered from AMS twice prior to my most recent order being placed on 6/19.2016 .On both of my prior purchases I have had no issues whatsoever. Normally my order's status would change to shipped then would provide a tracking number in about 2-3 days or so but I noticed that it has now been near a week of it saying shipped and I have still not been provided with a tracking number.

I decided to look into it a bit only to find out that what seems like hundreds of people are having similar problems.Im shocked and terrified. I will be posting again when I receive my items.

Complete and utter garbage customer service experience.

I have never before felt so cheated to the point where I needed to complain about it and hope I reach people so that they don't suffer like I have and am. I ordered a custom AEG AK-47 for about $150 about a week and a half before the 4th of July weekend. I thought it'd be perfect to receive the gun in the week that was promised so that I could use it and show it off up north. The gun builder was really nice but had some problems. The prices seemed to randomly generate and I confirmed that when ordering a sight with my gun they shot the price up $20 from what it stated when I went to checkout. I took that out and the price was fine then. It took four weeks to get the gun and the magazine I ordered with it. The mag doesn't fit into the loading slot and they did not include a battery. It specifically said that gas and ammo were not included. It did not say batteries weren't. So I am now stuck with a currently useless expensive gun trying to see if I can find a magazine that will fit and work. There is no customer support. I called and emailed multiple times with no answer and even the hold line sounds unprofessional if you even make it that far. I truly don't understand why they've stayed in business and how it is even legal to treat customers this badly and outright blatantly ignore them completely. Avoid like a plague.

Poor Customer Service - Unresponsive to defective gun

Approx 11/26 - Gun ordered and received. 12/11/15 - Sent to Airsoft We purchased an air soft gun, CYMA AK47-S Full Metal Gearbox AEG Rifle w/ Tactical Folding Stock. We charged the battery overnight per the instructions. The battery was installed in the gun and used for approximately 15 minutes. The gun then ceased to function. We thought it was a battery problem. The battery was removed from the gun and placed on the smart charger that we also purchased, intellect Micro Controlled Universal Smart Charger w/ Intelli-IC2 Chip. After 30 minutes that smart charger showed a full charge on the battery. We put battery back into the gun and the gun did not work. I returned battery to regular charger and tried charging it for 4-5 hours. I then placed it on the smart charger. The smart charger showed a full charge. I put battery back in gun and tried it again. I had similar experience with this company, my 14-year old son used all his birthday money and savings to order a airsoft gun from them, in Nov. 2015.

The product we received was a defective product, shipped back and then received a supposedly repaired one, still not working. We returned the item back to them in Jan. 2016, so far still did not receive the refund.

And it was impossible to reach their customer service rep either by phone or email. So far my son not only did not get his birthday gift but also did not get his money back from them!!!

We bought a chest rig from them. It came in two colors. Invoice was correct. We got the wrong color. Ticket number 2020**** was generated 14 FEB 16. Email received from support@***.com verifying they received issue and would get back to us soon. Well today is Mar 18 and no contact. We have called multiple times (humans do not answer), and have emailed multiple times with no success getting any contact. This is last resort in getting this company to communicate with us. Next step will be filing civil lawsuit against company. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware, if your order is incorrect our experience indicates it will never get resolved.

Missing Item

Ordered 2 guns with accessories. Received 1 gun with accessories. I called to get the issue fixed and they do not answer the phone (I tried to call several times and was on hold for about 30 minutes each time until their system hangs up on you) and they do not answer emails. I received the missing gun 2 weeks later but still no response as to "We are sorry" or anything. In the end I finally got what I paid for but will not order again! This has to be the worst customer service ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company unless you like to gamble.

In Nov. 2015, one day after my son's 14-year-old birthday, he spent all his savings and birthday money and purchased an airsoft gun and some accessories.

After we received it, we found out it was not working, called store tech support, and emailed them on 12/2/2015, and received a ticket, #2019****. We even went to a local store to buy a new motor to see if that was the issue, but it still would not work. They were not able to fix the problems over the phone, so they advised us to ship it back to them for repair. On 12/8/2015, they issued RMA and we shipped it out on 12/11/15 (we paid for shipping, out of our pocket).

On 01/06/2016, we received an email indicating the product was repaired, and that they were shipping it back to us.

When the "repaired" product arrived, again we found out it did not work, again we called their tech support, they tried to walk us through several steps to fix it with no success. It had the exact same problems as the previous one they sent us.

Following the instruction, on 01/18/2016 we shipped the order back through UPS.

As for today 03/15/2016, we still did not receive the partial refund. And when we tried to call or email their customer services, it was impossible to reach them!!!

Hope nobody would waste their money or time with this store anymore.

Heyyyy, when i got my Mp4 from airsoft megastore it didn't work so i emailed them. I didn't get a reply for 4 days.

They sent me a video on how to fix it, i followed it completely and it didn't work.

I told them and they told me to send it back. I sent it back, 2 weeks later i got my new one and it only fires every other shots becasue the barrel is bent slightly so i have to hold the barrel up when i'm shooting :(

On the 14th (mon) i placed an order and payed for 3 day shipping. The 15th is the last time my order info was updated on there site, and it said shipped. It is now the 20th. i emailed them asking for a tracking number back on the 17th and never got a reply. Now i have to wait a minimum of 9 days total on a 3day order. Atleast tell me if theres a backorder or shipping problem. I bet it hasnt left the warehouse yet, but the status says shipped. If you look at on site reviews they are ALL 5 star.. Yet 35 people complained about them. Suspicious. Without customer service you're nothing as a company.

No reason to expedite shipping because it will still take 4 or 5 days to process your order.Oh and customer servicebis a joke. It sounds like it one girl answering the phone after waiting 20 min just to speak to someone always manages to hang up on you(most frustrating part). Don't bother emailing they will not reply.For awhile I thought I got robbed by a fake conpany but 2 weeks later after paying expedite shipping I got my gun

Would be zero stars if that were an option. I ordered some gifts for my nephews birthday a week and half before his party. After 1 week of the order saying it shipped and not getting a tracking number I called and the rep said the gun was out of stock. Airsoft megastore took no responsibility for the delay and had no intention of correcting the situation. They refused expedited shipping and honoring their prie match guarentee on a similar product. Overall terrible customer service. There are plenty of other online airsoft retailers out there and I will take all future business elsewhere. I would not be surprised if the positive reviews were from employees based on my experience.

Fake Shipping Information

AMS prints and scans the UPS label and marks the order as "shipped" when in fact the order is still at the store. According to an employee, it takes four (4) business days to process the order and the first day of transit is the fifth business day, which is when it actually leaves the store. The label is printed on day 2 though, so it looks like your order has been shipped, until you look at the UPS tracking and find out that the scan at Baldwin Park is two days later. If you need something in less than a week don't order from AMS. I'll never order from them again.
