Shocked and terrified
Ive only ordered from AMS twice prior to my most recent order being placed on 6/19.2016 .On both of my prior purchases I have had no issues whatsoever. Normally my order's status would change to shipped then would provide a tracking number in about 2-3 days or so but I noticed that it has now been near a week of it saying shipped and I have still not been provided with a tracking number.
I decided to look into it a bit only to find out that what seems like hundreds of people are having similar problems.Im shocked and terrified. I will be posting again when I receive my items.

Missing Item
Poor quality product, poor customer services, don't waste money or time with them!!!
In Nov. 2015, one day after my son's 14-year-old birthday, he spent all his savings and birthday money and purchased an airsoft gun and some accessories.
After we received it, we found out it was not working, called store tech support, and emailed them on 12/2/2015, and received a ticket, #2019****. We even went to a local store to buy a new motor to see if that was the issue, but it still would not work. They were not able to fix the problems over the phone, so they advised us to ship it back to them for repair. On 12/8/2015, they issued RMA and we shipped it out on 12/11/15 (we paid for shipping, out of our pocket).
On 01/06/2016, we received an email indicating the product was repaired, and that they were shipping it back to us.
When the "repaired" product arrived, again we found out it did not work, again we called their tech support, they tried to walk us through several steps to fix it with no success. It had the exact same problems as the previous one they sent us.
Following the instruction, on 01/18/2016 we shipped the order back through UPS.
As for today 03/15/2016, we still did not receive the partial refund. And when we tried to call or email their customer services, it was impossible to reach them!!!
Hope nobody would waste their money or time with this store anymore.
